Technical Diving Academy has been established as an institution of high education and a Research Center/University with the goal of providing education and research in the fields covering hyper- and hypo-baric effects on the human body and its adaptation to pressure changes.

To that effect, the Academy also has its own research and development center that, in addition to development and manufacture of its own products, also cooperates with other manufacturers of professional equipment around the world.

The combination of wide-ranging knowledge and manufacturing facilities is a solid foundation for innovation and development of a large number of products that can be applied in the main areas of expansion of the Academy. The research is directed towards professional users and small teams, which, using advanced technology and high education obtained at the Academy, can perform the most demanding tasks, or continue their research in their field of interest.

The Academy program is divided in two main groups:

• Professional / Commercial Group
• Military / Dedicated Group

In addition to separate education and training, both groups have independent research teams, which continuously monitor the equipment for flaws and procedures for problems arising in the field operations of their own and other teams and individuals that the Academy cooperates with.

After the examination of the collected data, and based on the decisions of the Scientific-Educational Board and the expert teams, changes and improvements are introduced in the educational and equipment manufacturing programs.

Prophylactics and procedures are based on international military technical standards, adapted by the Academy teams to the conditions of execution and team requirements.

In the hyper-baric field, the Academy has the capacities for profiling individual prophylactic tables for divers of all professional profiles. The Academy is also capable to provide personal adaptation and endurance profiles for hypo-baric conditions.

In addition, the Academy has a special team that is equipped and trained for execution of a large number of dedicated and commercial services.
